SUPER SLOW HORRIBLE SHIPPING

The Matrix is super heavy to manhandle in to a house, it is on the very firm side of the scale. My wife is out in like 2 minutes from laying down. This mattress has cooling properties to it that are perfect, you are not cold and not hot just cool. Its hard to explain because you want to warm up for comfort at night but not overheat. My wife is happy with the bed, I wish it had about 4'' more of foam on it. Overall its a great compromise. Did I mention this was the worst shipping experience I've ever had to deal with? Took like 2 weeks to get in to town, then we were given the wrong mattress 3 times, drove over an hour away from the warehouse to get a call saying we gave you the wrong mattress again!!!! So I had to turn around and take it back. Then we opened it to make sure it was right.
I would recommend this to a friend!

A great night’s sleep

My wife and I have been getting great sleep on the 3D Matrix. The only issues We have had are the soft edge support and the fact that the mattress works best with the adjustable power base, which is nice but expensive. I would recommend the 3D Matrix for anyone suffering from back pain.

I sleep so good, it’s scary! The 3D matrix mattress is the perfect combination of firm and softness. Worth every penny spent.

Comfortable but too bouncy

The transferable motion on the bed is too much. We were not anticipating how bouncy the mattress is. My girlfriend and I can feel every little movement. The mattress is comfortable otherwise. Medium-firm in our opinion

Much harder mattress than rating advertised. Massage is a joke and zero gravity is very uncomfortable causing neck pain.
