GhpstBed 3D Matrix: Superlative Comfort & Technology

Having studied at the Deming Institute and received certification in TQA/TQM, rarely have I given a 5-star evaluative product or customer service review! In this case, both apply! During the height of the COVID-19
pandemic, I closed on a new home and opted to purchase new mattresses/foundations for the bedrooms. After several weeks of research and evaluating the TOP 10 mattress products, I selected the GhostBed line, purchasing both the Luxe 13 and 3D Matrix mattresses. protective covers, and pillow varieties. My decision was influenced by the 101 Night Trial, patented technology, 20+ year warranty, pricepoint, knowledgeable customer service support!
Thank you, Dennis, for assisting with the placement of my order and Melissa for prompt followup on Fed-X Freight delivery! Now four (4) months later, the overall comfort, restful sleep, medical benefits of sleeping on a raised platform, and GhostBed quality/ease of setup prompt me to write this excellent product review! Love it all!

We ordered the GhostBed 3D Matrix with the adjustable base, sheets, mattress protector, and GhostPillows. The setup was super easy (we had two twin XL bases for the king mattress). The mattress is super comfortable and I’m in love with the pillows. I’m a sweaty sleeper and so far my husband and I are sleeping soundly through the night and not waking up sweaty at all. Customer service live chat and email have been pretty awesome as well with quick response time.
We have had the bed for about a week and I couldn’t be happier with the products I chose.

We love our Ghost beds.

We love our Ghost beds. They are so comfortable and love all the positions. The head and foot vibration is great. The night light under bed at night is wonderful. Friends of ours tried our bed and fell in love with it. They immediately order the same beds as us.The set up for these bed was easy.

We have only had this bed up for 2 nights and already we really like it. It is very comfortable and everything works very well. The vibrator is very relaxing. The under-bed lighting is amazing and the head and feet adjustments are very beneficial. Thank you for producing this amazing Ghost Bed!

Great Mattress

We have been sleeping on our new Ghostbed 3d matrix for 2 months now and it is really a nice bed. It is a little firmer than I thought but after a few weeks of break in it is a lot better. I love the adjustable frame and assembly was a breeze.

Cooling technology???

I chose Ghost bed because of the cooling claims. I’ve literally never been hotter. The bed is also too soft for my liking. I feel trapped when I got to turn over. I gave a second star because my wife likes it and it’s better than what he had. But not by much.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
