It was much softer Thani expected and I tried to talk to a shot member and no one responded. I realize you have to sleep for 30 days but I wanted a ghost rep to talk to but after 4 try gave up
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I really like the adjustable bed. It works great for me with my needed to raise the top of the bed but my husband likes it flat.
Mattress is not as soft as I wanted the bed but I am giving it a try. Still getting use to the bottom and what high I like it.

Bed is thin, but supportive. It has not relieved my back pain. I do feel rested and allows me to sleep in any position. However, you can find a bed that does everything this one can at a third of the over 2K price tag for a king.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It was ok. Definitely overhyped. Did not help with back pain. They make returning as difficult as possible. I'd try other options first.

I can not recommend the Ghost mattress highly enough. We chose the 3D Matrix and we feel like we couldn’t have made a better decision. It combines a soothing cool gel top layer with the support of inner spring coils. The medium firmness is perfect for my husband and myself. We wish we had found this mattress sooner!

Recently purchased the GhostBed 3D Matrix bed along with the ghost sheets. I could not be happier with this purchase. The bed is easily the most comfortable bed I’ve ever had, and the sheets are excellent as well. The bed is soft, but firm enough to provide necessary support. Doesn’t sleep hot at all. I really don’t have anything negative to say about it. It’s very heavy so you’ll need two people to move it around and position it.
