Not as squishy as I would like and doesn’t seem to be cooling in any way. Comfy for back sleeping, but if I lay on my sides I wake up with some hip and back pain or discomfort.

Way too soft. Not a good choice if you have a bad back. Extremely difficult to get out of the bed. So soft you can't push yourself up.

I do not think this bed is very soft at all! I will be sending it back as soon as my thirty days are up. I was hoping this would be the mattress to keep.

We have loved the 3-D Matrix so much. We had the base model in our travel trailer and this is such a level up. Husband feels the cooling more than I do, but it has just the right amount of support for us both.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Bed for the Summer

This mattress is advertised correctly. When you first lay on the mattress, you can feel the coolness from the gel. It does not get too hot when sleeping on this.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not comfortable. The cooling technology is also a joke. can’t just stick it in a box and return it. It weighs a lot. I am a side sleeper and wake up in the morning with my hips hurting.
