Our new GhostBed 3D Matrix

Our new GhostBed 3D Matrix mattress is really comfortable and supportive. We appreciate the cooling effect and the way the mattress contours to our bodies. Setting up the mattress is fairly easy provided that you stage it so it does not have to be moved once unpacked. The mattress is fairly heavy and cumbersome. We are pleased with our purchase and the delivery and notifications of delivery were excellent.

Fantastic night’s sleep (and cool too)!

This is the best mattress I have ever slept on. I bought it to replace my tempur-pedic mattress. The cooling technology is fantastic. I already have an adjustable frame and the bed works perfectly on it. It is without a doubt the most comfortable mattress I have ever had. I wake up feeling fully rested and ready for the day.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not what you would expect

I purchased this mattress looking for something that was soft and cool. I was disappointed in almost every aspect of the ghostbed 3D matrix. It did feel cool to the touch so I was hopeful for a cool night sleep. The very fist night I realized that the combination of memory foam and heat disbursement gel actually ended up retaining heat for a long time. It felt like sleeping on a heat pad. The mattress was indeed soft…so soft that it did not support us at all. It felt like sleeping on a pile of (sweat soaked) gym towels. Also there was no edge support so to sit on edge of bed just crushed it.
That brings me to their “no Hassle return guarantee” which says all you have to do is be home when they send people to get it. They didn’t send people to get it at all, I had to get help, rent a truck, find a non profit that would take a mattress (hint…nobody takes used mattress donations these days), and bring it to a non profit so I could send in donation receipt. It’s now been more than a month since donating the mattress and I have still not gotten a refund of my purchase from Ghostbed. Ultimate disappointment with this company and product.

Don’t hesitate!

We initially purchased the FLEX while we enjoyed the comfort of the mattress we felt quite hot so we exchanged it for the 3D Matrix. We were told that the matrix would be a softer mattress as we liked the firmness of the flex. My wife and I both feel that although the Matrix is more plush it feels just as firm of not a little firmer, needless to say they are both GREAT beds we are just enjoying the extra cooling the Matrix offers. Good quality definitely recommend. We also opted for the adjustable base frame which is amazing. If we could have fit a king e would have got that since the bases work individually.

I love my new bed the firmness is just right and very comfortable, it’s my first bed that has cooling technology, my sleep in this bed it’s great on my pressure points. This is the best decision I’ve made.

Great all-around mattress

Coming from a foam only TP mattress, the new feel of a hybrid took only two nights to get used to, as you don’t sink in as much. It’s incredibly comfortable and cool with just the right amount of bounce. My wife (side sleeper) often had shoulder and hip pain with the last mattress, but said the pain was gone after the first few nights on the 3D matrix. White Glove delivery - *no fault of GB* third party delivery gave me no updates, so I had to call GB to get the 3PD contact info. Only after calling them, was I able to schedule delivery - not sure when they would’ve contacted me otherwise. Great purchase overall, very pleased.
