I own an incomplete dresser

First impressions are that its real wood and very heavy. Did take 2 of us about 3 hours to put together. The main issue we have is that the fasteners (park k), broke. They did not include extras so we are unable to assemble some of our drawers. We've attempted to contact support but have only been in contact with their bot. Our first contact attempt has received no response and I have had to start a new case, and I still have not received any updates. Contacting support and reaching an actual human has been impossible and we are sitting here with an incomplete dresser for 2 weeks at this point.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the broken fasteners and the lack of extra hardware as well as the difficulty you experienced reaching our support team. We have recently been working through a higher than normal volume of requests and we understand how disappointing it is to be left with an incomplete piece especially for an extended period of time.

Holes don’t line up

Holes don’t line up and power tools are not recommended because you can easily damage the piece. Wouldn’t recommend.
