Looks great but inconsistent starter

Purchased this table in May and have had issues with the starter since. Table looks great and is perfect for the space, but starter is inconsistent and constantly requires adjustments to the wires underneath to work. Very frustrating and would expect better from a Napoleon product.

Poor Workmanship

The one that I have seen had a lot of blemishes on the finishing of the welds along the long side of the table.
Your quality control needs to be improved so that your customers receive a product that they will talk highly of to their friends.
