This is a beast but in the best way possible. Let's start with it is not an inexpensive item but it is well worth the price. I have been looking for a replacement BBQ from my old one for a couple of years so I have researched a lot of them. I would put my level of cooking/grilling experience on the high side so I wanted a BBQ that could handle multiple tasks. 625 sq inches of cooking surface is only worthwhile if you can control each area, which you can (think burners on your stove but front to back). For quick grilling you can have each zone where it needs to be. The rotisserie burner has worked flawlessly for chicken and pork (you do have to buy their heavy duty spit - it's big). The Infrared Side burner is absolutely amazing and if you try other cooking methods (such as sous vide) this will be your best friend. Their website and product brochures have all the specs, ease of ignition and BTU etc but I'm just here to tell you that cooking is what matters to most of us and this beast can deliver.
