This travel grill has it all. The two burners, heat capacity, and cooking area are fantastic and the reason I opted for this grill, besides the long-term warranty for several components. I would recommend it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this equipment on sales in Dubai. The review I read were excellent so I gave it a try. The BBQ itself is excellent quality on the iron and the grill, had an issue with one gas handle. it is made of plastic and broke, nothing that some glue and nylon zip cannot fix but it could have been done better. Also it is not easy to clean as burners blocks the way, you need to dismantle completely.
i like it but i dont like it...i dont like that it does not have some sort of burner covers..i dont like the grease going right onto the burner..i may have to rig something up...

We are sorry to hear that your grill TQ285-BL-1 did not meet your expectations. I also own this grill, and it has been working well for the past four years. It's a sturdy and durable grill that we frequently use for camping. We cook on it three times a day, which can result in grease buildup. However, if you maintain it properly by regularly cleaning the drip pan and brushing the burners with a wire brush, it will continue to operate for years. Thank you!"

Best portable grill IMHO

Bought my grill 4-5 years ago and grilled with my brother using it this weekend. It was the first time he saw it and he was amazed at its ease of use, efficiency, and portability. He enjoys camping and thought this would be a great addition to his trailer when he doesn't want to cook inside. I used it at football games where I've cooked breakfast burritos, sausage links, and veggies. This weekend was hamburgers, hot dogs, and country style ribs. If you want a well built, well thought out, portable grill - THIS IS IT!!
Hassle free replacement with fast and Courteous service. Thank you NAPOLEON

Replaced a Coleman 2 burner bbq with a folding stand for the Napoleon TravelQ primarily for the compact size. I operate it with an 11 pound tank and adapter hose. I love it! Sometimes the flame isn’t very strong but I shut off the fuel at the tank and let it burn out, then close the 2 valves and open the tank valve very slowly. This often fixes the low flame issue.

Thank you for reaching out. We are sorry you have experienced some concerns with your grill. But glad to hear you have been able to resolve the issue of low flow, as this does happen occasionally when the regulator gets tripped. Happy Grilling!
