Poor Flame on Full Size Tank

Bought this for camping as we have a big napoleon at home that is amazing. However this one has a very poor flame and heat when using a full size tank. Has anyone had this issue? Maybe needs to be used with small throw away tanks for better pressure?

Thank you for reaching out. This unit is not designed to be operated with a 20lb propane tank. You would require the tank adapter to use a tank that is larger than 1lb. The tank adapter is part number 66004. If you require further assistance please email webcare@napoleon.com.
