Worst purchase ever

I decided to upgrade my older portable bbq with this one, it Won’t go above 300 degrees and my old napoleon travelQ 225 which is old and is tired after all these years works better than this. At the price it is sold it is an insult.

Hi! Vicky, thank you for sharing your experience, and I’m truly sorry to hear that your new grill isn’t performing as expected. It’s disappointing to hear it’s not reaching temperatures above 300°F, especially given your positive experience with your older TravelQ 225. We’d like to help make this right. The issue may be related to the regulator or gas flow. I’d recommend reaching out to our Napoleon Customer Support team, who can guide you through troubleshooting or assist with warranty support if needed. Thanks

Love the BBQ, only disappointment is in a city with a dozen Napoleon dealers, no one appears to have or carry the replacement drip tray inserts.

I bought it a week ago, and now I didn't want to use charocal barbecue(mangal).
We live full-time in a 5th wheel trailer, and have tried numerous portable grill brands. The Napoleon TravelQ 285 is the best by far. Two burners allow you to have to grill zones. Takes about 10 minutes to get up to 500 degrees for a great sear. Wished the controls allowed you to take the fire down to 200 degrees. Even with that nit, it is the best in class in its niche.
