This is our first Induction Cook Top and we love it. The Cook Top is easy to use and the speed of heating is remarkable. The flat appearance is exactly as we want. Installing it myself was easy. The controls are a breeze to use and the burner configuration and dimensions meet all our cooking needs.

My experience with GE has been ok..

Replaced a similar GE ceramic stove top with a newer model. The newer model does not seem to bring as much heat as the older model. I was told I had to purchase a GE because the other brands were different sizes than the model I was replacing.
The configuration is more practical with the sizes I use most in the front, with easy access but I would prefer numeric controls to better quantify and control how much heat I am cooking with instead of notionally thinking I am at about half power..
Based on experience with other products, I am not expecting it to last as long as its predecessor.

GE Induction Cooktop

The configuration of our new cooktop is similar to the GE we replaced. The controls are easy to use and we especially like the auto shut off when removing a pot or pan. It heats up quickly and the size fit in the same opening as the old one we pulled out so installation was very easy.
