(Note: I have the "red" keys for my keyboard. I'm considering purchasing the "blue" version.)
Please understand: I really want to like this keyboard! But due to numerous issues, I can only give it 2.5 stars. (Oh, and I really wish there was a 2.5 start rating to select.)
Pros: 1) The keys feel nice while typing. The keycaps themselves do not suffer from wobble when I type. And the overall size of the keyboard fits my hands perfectly. 2) I appreciate the USB pass-through connection. By adding a short USB extension cable, it provides a way for me to easily connect/disconnect thumb drives without reaching for the PC itself. 3) The main keyboard's construction feels solid and strong, and heavy enough to stay put while I type.
Cons: 1) The base of the keys (underneath the key caps) are clearly visible when their LED is lit. Viewing the keyboard at an angle sitting at my desk, this distracts me visually. I would prefer the key switches themselves to remain unlit so the lettering on the key caps is the only thing illuminated. 2) Unlike other LED-lit keyboards, the LED software has no way for me to flash or blink any of the three "lock" keys when they are enabled or disabled. (e.g. I'd like Caps Lock to flash when enabled, and have the Num Lock flash when it's NOT enabled.) 3) Unlike other LED-lit keyboards, the LED software has no way for me to timeout the entire keyboard's illumination and turn off all the LEDs. At night, my keyboard's LEDs keep the room rather bright. 4) The "+" key on the number pad failed after only a few months of use. It no longer does anything when pressed. I've had to RMA it back for repair. 5) Very expensive compared to other LED-lit keyboards. 6) The connection between the main keyboard and the number pad feels a bit flimsy. Once attached, picking up the keyboard is an exercise in picking up the main keyboard with one hand and supporting the number pad with the other in fear of it breaking off under it's own weight easily. 7) The wrist pad feels rather short. It's only 2.5 inches long. While I type, it gives me the feeling that my wrist bones are just about to fall off the bottom of the pad. I would like it to be at least 3.5 inches.

The firmware on the wireless dongle failed and now it doesn't work. Armory Crate isn't software, it's a crime against humanity. You software team should feel deep shame.

This is another asus product that is amazing, you can feel the quality of it while it's in your hand to how sturdy the keys are on your fingertips. Many other mechanical keyboards the keys feel a little wobbly. This keyboard ASUS took no shortcuts. Just be sure to use the usb c port on the back of your motherboard so it charges properly and fully. Let it drain to about 8-15% before charging and make sure the keyboard's power is set to off. You can still use it while plugged in when charging. It is a really nice keyboard probably one of the best I have ever used.

Great keyboard no issues and reviews about battery issues is because the keyboard was overcharging which has been fixed in a firmware update as of 2023
