Amazing Product, Outstanding Customer Support

I recently bought five of these bird feeders as a way to remember my father who passed away. He loved watching the birds everyday and would try to share pictures of the them with us. It is a good memory. To remember this great man, I purchased these for my siblings and myself.
Somewhere in the set up and placement of the birdfeeder, I lost the wall mount. I went to the hardware store and wasn't able to figure out a solution. Frustrated, I reached out to Wasserstein for help. I immediately got an email response. In just a few emails, I received a replacement wall mount for my feeder.
The product is great. It fits my existing camera network perfectly. The birds love it!
Thank you to the amazing employees at Wasserstein for making this memory good again :)

Good bird feeder

I just put together my new bird feeder from Wasserstein! I love that I can use my Blink 4 outdoor camera in it and it was easy to assemble! Downside is putting the seed in was very difficult for me. I couldn’t get the top off. I couldn’t mount it yet because the ground is frozen and we need to put a post up. I wish there was a way to hang it for now but that wasn’t an option.I really like the price and quality of this feeder and look forward to putting it up in spring!
