Great features but poor performance

Bought this less than a month ago and out of the blue it got stuck in BIOS mode, now it won’t even turn on

ZENBOOK 14" OLED TOUCHSCREEN

My first ASUS laptop is 9 years old and still functioning on the daily. The right hinge finally broke so I decided it was time to replace it. I decided on ANOTHER ASUS, even though I shopped all over and considered other brands but this model came out on top for the best configuration for the best price. I had to wrestle with Win11 Out of Box Experience that tries to force you to log in to Microsoft servers rather than having a local account. This is not ASUS's fault, but what a pain Microsoft is becoming! This laptop's small form and great internals is just what I was wanting. 32G DDR RAM, 1T SSD storage with a Ryzen 7 processor. The Radeon graphics on the 14" OLED Touchscreen looks fantastic. Thoroughly happy with my purchase of this laptop and honored to be a loyal ASUS supporter! This review might qualify me for an extended 90 day warranty, but I didn't say anything I wouldn't have said without any compensation.
