Gas to induction transition

Excellent performance…made transition from gas stove top so smooth. Cooks much like gas and boils water so quickly.

Good performing cooking surface

Heats quickly and also has the ability to keep things at a proper low simmer. Get's some getting used to if you previously used stove/cooktop that was not induction, but adjusting is relatively easy.

Still aclimating, but so far no complaints ... love the way the platinum glass looks with a quartz countertop. Still shopping for the right silicone mats that can remain in place when inducting.

Everyrhing I expected and more

I have never owned an induction cooktop before. However I have had a single burner unit. That was the reason for purchasing the Cafe cooktop. The ease of use, speed and convenience tops everyrhing. I will be recommending it to everyone.
