New to induction cooking

Cooktop looks nice and send to work ok, unfortunately the induction ready cookware that we recently purchased 4doesn't seem to work well on this cooktop. We have new cookware coming tomorrow, hope that solves all of our issues.

It works but there are things it’s good to know.

I got this cooktop as a warranty replacement for a cooktop that was discontinued. It works as described in their literature but there are a few things I wasn’t aware of when I originally purchased the cooktop. There is a power sharing feature that limits your ability to operate adjacent burners at full power. I don’t normally operate the burners at full power anyway but it is a limitation on how to use the cooktop.
The original cooktop I received had louder tones on the controls and a louder tone on the timer. Thhis replacement model can barely be heard and my hard-of-hearing husband can not hear it at all. I checked to see if the timer volume could be adjusted and it is adjustable but it was already at the loudest setting and barely audible.
Otherwise, this seems to be a great cooktop.

Great induction cooktop

This is a great mid-priced induction cooktop, costs less than higher-end models but with all the features in a more compact size. The stainless/gray glass color looks better in my white kitchen than black models. Controls easy to use, and pairs with WiFi & bluetooth for more features!
