Effective and efficient cooktop

Just had the new Café induction cooktop installed. So fa love its operation, quick to heat up, clean and easy to use. Will update after using several months but so far it is great, better than gas!

Replaced a ten year old Jenn Air glass cooktop that I was just tired of (and never really liked anyway) with this Cafe. I enjoy the stainless steel (silver) compared to the black and the clean look with no knobs. The precision of cooking with induction is fascinating: Precise temperature control similar to gas without the excess heat or the other risks associated with gas. Bridge burner is great, though the burners could be just a bit larger to cover more of the surface of the griddle I have. Really, the only downside so far is that the hum and buzz of the cooktop as it's working is much more noticeable than I thought it would be. But it works well, hopefully it holds up well too.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Our new Cafe Induction cooktop is awesome in all ways.... looks and cooks great, and cleans up with ease. Our new Hexclad pots & pans are a great match for this cooktop and Awesomeeverything works great!!
