I'm reviewing this because there were no reviews when I bought it and I was extremely hesitant (and had an aversion to ebikes) but the price was right and I'm completely happy with my purchase. I use this for commuting 8 miles each way from my house to work downtown.
- Assembly was relatively easy, only the handlebars needed some tightening after the first test ride
- I'm 5'3 and the frame fits me well, there was no mention of the frame size in the listing so I was wary it would be too large
- Throttle to turn on the motor is intuitive and the controls make sense
- Really is powerful! Pedaling is still needed to get up large hills but the motor makes it extremely easy
- This is by far the heaviest bike I own. Fine on flat road but you really do need the motor for any type of hill.
- I'll still use my road and mountain bikes, but this is a fine solution if you don't want to get too sweaty while going by bike.
