Great update to my old Tumi bag

Needed to update my 15+ year-old Tumi roller. This bag definitely is smaller, both inside and out, than what I was used to, but Tumi does a great job maximizing that footprint. I recently used it for a 2-night conference trip and am very happy. Suit, dress shirts, casual clothes, pajamas, running shorts/shirt, two pairs of shoes, socks, belt and toiletries all fit, though I did open the zipper extension for a little extra room. This was a train trip, so cramming into an overhead bin not a concern. When flying I may need to pack slightly lighter but I think even w/extension open it will fit most bins. The two-compartment design is very thoughtful and effective. I had a suit and shirts folded into the smaller/top side, along with a toiletry bag, and shoes/everything else in the larger compartment. Built-in TSA lock works great and easy to use. I highly recommend buying the Tumi hangers and shirt-folding pack to use with this bag. Worth the extra $.

Bad luggage too heavy it came with no key, and can’t open it! I can’t use it it’s locked. I called I was on the phone for one hour no answer. I e-mailed them and they didn’t e-mail me back!

Not worth the price - quality isn't great

This is a decent bag but not worth the price. After just 4 trips the handle stopped retracting (never checked the bag so wasn't from abuse) and the wheels started to chip away. I won't buy another Tumi- check out Travel Pro.

The Carry -on Piece was a big splurge for me!
It was so worth it ! The piece is smart looking, easy for me to personally navigate thru airport with at 75 years of age. I was pleased and surprised on how much I was able to fit in this carry-on. I just love it!

Very disappointed in quality and service.

Garbage. The design is horrible and the bag will fall apart. They refuse to repair or replace them too. This is hardly the durability or service I expected from the Tumi brand. I’m very disappointed and would never recommend spending this kind of money on luggage that cannot last.
