Disappointed in lack of follow up

Did a review and American Tourister said they would reach out shortly to make it right. 2 weeks later and nothing. I think that is for show as they respond to the review. Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I get my new carry-on luggage and what a dream, it holds so much everything I need for a week. The wheels are wonderful and easy to travel through busy, airports and trains in Europe.

Can Not Stand On It's Own Four Wheels
on July 1, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used this luggage as my checked bag. It was used as expanded and loaded to 50 pounds. The 1" expansion isn't much and to make it worse, the expansion is with a zipper around 3 sides only. The wheel-side does not expand at all. Once packed, the luggage would not stand on its wheel without tipping over. Materials and construction seems to be fine, having survived its first trip through airport baggage.
