The quality is VERY cheap, 2 of the 5 table tops came damaged right out of the box and after a week of having them setup outside one of the table broke, all the screws from the table base literally fell out. Will not buy from them again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It is for indoor and outdoor so it is very versatile. It has enough weight to It but, still light enough to move it easily. I am very happy with it.
