Great as large external touch monitor!

Bought the WMB 75 inch as a touch screen for my home office. Works great to pass touch through on Ubuntu and Windows. Touch accuracy is good, the screen is plenty bright and the resolution (4k) is right on expectations.
The underlying OS is okay and does not really do much. When used as a touch screen to an external OS, it works great. I have not noticed any lag or latency although I expect gamers might notice it.
Conclusion: Would highly recommend for as a large touch screen for home and businesses. I can't speak to other use cases.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Horrible User interface/Experience

Why do you have to tap the power button to get a menu to popup? You would think that could be it's own button. Various menus on this are laid out differently from each other and in confusing ways. It can connect to the internet but can only update over USB - cool. 20 touch points yet a teachers board wasn't working because a literal nanometer of a string was touching the edge of the screen. No features basically just a giant glorified screen.

We've had a Samsung Flip 2 in our home office for over a year and we love it. It's perfect for working together on a paper or for planning research studies.
I would recommend this to a friend!

No remote support = poor decision

Not only does the unit not come with a remote, it doesn't even support a remote. I understand that it's a touch screen, but it won't always be used interactively in most schools. The website touts SmartView+ and the ability to share multiple screens, but who wants to walk to the front of the classroom every time someone else needs to connect or we want to use a different input? Samsung is the only unit I've found that doesn't include a remote. If it wasn't for the software and interface, I would give it 1 star.

Good, but some likable features are impossible...

I have spent hours and hours trying to get it to mail the notes, share them, or save them to a netdrive. It is supposed to do this without sharing to a computer (but I have not managed that neither). I searched the web, looked at youtube videos, support pages but nowhere to be found. No reaction from Samsung support neither (as expected). I all comes down to a fancy whiteboard that you can save your notes on, and that is great. But I would be delighted if I could get all the features I paid for and progit from all the work the programmers at Samsung have done.
