Not reliable wont buy again

Easy to install and very straightforward to use day-to-day. The keypad is responsive, and setup takes minimal effort, even for someone without much DIY experience.
However, battery life is a major downside. The lock tends to drain batteries quickly—sometimes within a month—which creates a real reliability issue. There’s nothing worse than the lock failing when you actually need it.
Bottom line: Convenient and user-friendly, but the frequent battery drain makes it hard to use long term cannot rely on it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We’re very sorry, however, for the battery life issues you’ve experienced. To help improve your lock’s battery performance, please try the steps below:
1. With the door open, place the latch in the locked position. Slightly loosen both the mounting screws and the cover screws (about a quarter turn each).
2. Replace the batteries with new, high-quality AA alkaline batteries, then complete the manual door handing process to recalibrate the latch:

3. Test the lock while the door is open. Then, take your keys with you and test the lock with the door closed. If needed, make adjustments to the door alignment using this guide:
