[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a cool contraption. I am always skeptical about air purifiers; they never appear to reaaalllly work. I have only bought small ones, so even though this was larger, I still did not have hopes that it would make a noticeable difference.
Contrary to my belief, it did!
The design, well it looks like a PS5 except larger. I had a guest coming over. I decided to eat crabs in the afternoon. I turned this on, lit a candle, put the turbo setting on, and by 5:00pm my house had been cleared of the crab smell. My husband appreciates that when it is on low, medium, or high he does not hear the machine. It is super quiet. My cats originally thought it was weird but now they ignore it.

Feature packed, efficient and very quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Levoit EverestAir Smart True HEPA Air Purifier helps to purify the air in large rooms quickly, making this ideal for open concept areas, living rooms and master bedrooms. The design is visually pleasing and it has a slim build, given its capacity. What sets it apart from others is the number of customizations it allows and being app enabled.
My family suffers from allergies and we have pets, so purifying the air in our house is in our best interest. The air purifier was easy to remove and set up. A quick start guide is included and this was up and running in a couple minutes. I downloaded the app and it allows you to change settings very easily and see the filter status. Most of these customizations are also located on the top panel of the air purifier and are easy to read and change. I was not able to connect to Alexa, despite trying multiple times from both the VeSync app and by adding the skill directly into the Alexa app, but since I would not use this feature, it is not a dealbreaker.
The recommended clearance is 15" and the left side has a laser dust sensor that reads that air quality in the room. There are wheels that allow you to move this from side to side, a nice feature given the size and weight. What immediately stands out is how quiet this air purifier is on the lower settings. Sleep mode operates on the lowest setting and also turns off the panel lighting for an uninterrupted sleep. The HEPA filter should last around 12-15 months with 12 hours of daily use and proper maintenance on the pre-filter, which is washable and should be cleaned every 2 to 4 weeks.
On the highest setting, the air purifier cycled through and cleaned the air quickly and now we can remain at the lowest setting, which is more of a maintenance level. Nobody notices this running, yet it is working near continuously to keep our air cleaner and provide a better living environment for me and my family. I am very satisfied and highly recommend this product to anyone in the market for a large air purifier.

Excellent and sleek

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Levoit EverestAir purifier is a very high tech and enjoyable purifier. It has so many features! It is large and better suited for a large room. I have it set up in the living room. The unit is super quiet when on auto or low mode. On the high setting it is noticeable but still not loud.
The filtration consists of a carbon filter, hepa filter and a washable screen filter on the front. The filters seem to be doing a good job at filtering the air. The air quality is staying consistent and in good standing with the readings.
The display is touch sensitive and has a variety of options. Auto mode, turbo, fan speed, angle of the vents, timer and of course the air quality.
This purifier is unique because the vents adjust! You can have the unit against a wall and adjust the air vents with a push of a button that then will change the direction of the air that is being pushed out. 4 different angles to choose from. When the purifier is turned off the vents close completely.
There is an app that works very well with the unit. You can control it with your phone. Check the air quality, schedule a run or shut off time, lock the display (a huge plus for me) so many things can be controlled via the app. The only con with the app that I didn’t notice is a list of events that happened. I woke up to my air purifier off and I had no idea how long it was powered off for. I didn’t have the display lock on and my cat jumped on it and turned the purifier off. Having a detailed event report would be a great addition to the app.

Filter life says it will last for up to 15 months I believe but I’m not sure it will last that long when my app is showing the filter life at 97% and it’s only been a week. So only time will tell!
After 1 week I’m already starting to see dust and debris on the washable screen filter. The app can also remind you when it’s time for you to clean it.
All in all this air purifier is fantastic. It’s smart and has so many features that makes it perfect for tech lovers and just anyone wanting to have great indoor air quality.

Great purifier!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Being an at home cook I tend to encounter a variety of not so welcoming smells from fried foods or over baked. My goal is to always have a fresh clean smelling home, but often fail because of lingering scents from food. This purifier has been a game changer for me though! Instead of masking scents with candles I just let this machine do its job. I love how quiet it is too!

Light Sensor Not Working! Lights Always On!

Light sensor on unit doesn’t work. Lights stay on 100% of the time, day or night. Tried toggling this feature on and off in the Vesync app with no success. Hoping that Levoit will send out a firmware update to address the concern. If not, I will be returning this unit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Wow This is Quiet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am impressed with how quiet this is. Yes, you can turn it up to a higher fan setting or 'Turbo" mode and really hear the air moving, but in the lower settings, this is barely a whisper even when you are standing next to it. You could have this in a quiet room and hardly notice it's there-- it's not like some air purifiers that double as a white noise machine whether or not you want them to.
First things first, this is well designed and looks nice. I'm unreasonably excited about even the things like a nonproprietary power cord (it's the same one my speakers use-- point is, it's easy to find a replacement if it gets damaged). Stepping back and looking at the overall design, it just looks sleek. Through the front touch panel or the app (more below) you can adjust the angle of the air outlet, the fan speed, how long to run (timer) and see the "air quality" score. Through the app you can also see the trend of air quality in your house, put the purifier on a schedule, turn off the display (great if this is in your bedroom), etc.
The app was easy to set up. it took me about 1-2 minutes to get connected to my purifier and get the purifier on my WiFi network for remote access. After that, I initially had issues connecting through the app, but after restarting the app and unplugging/replugging the purifier, I haven't had an issue since. The app opens quickly without a log in and you can change settings with ease. While the app does direct you to buy replacement filters through the manufacturer, third party options do exist and look to be more economical.
I wouldn't go so far as to say I am looking forward to the wildfire season here in the PNW, but I am certainly feeling a lot better about it with this purifier and not having to worry about the air quality for our two toddlers. Add on the fact that this is well designed, easy to use, and doesn't look like an eyesore you want to hide-- and they really hit a homerun with this one. I'm really pleased with my order.

Easy app set up . Light to carry and quiet. There are wheels for moving or an easy one greab handle on back for picking it up. Durable and easy to remove and clean filters. Nice design with quility material.
