Easy pizza night!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We usually use our kitchen oven whenever we are in the mood for DIY pizza. We recently got the Cuisinart pizza oven. Wow it sure made a world of difference! The pizza crust was made perfectly in very little time (each personal size pizza was under 8 min). My husband was very impressed with how compact and easy to transport the oven is. We are planning to take it on our camping or tailgating outings. It would be a nice change instead of the usual bbq. The only complaint I have is that there is no handle to the cover of the oven which gets VERY HOT! My husband did not know that and almost burned himself (but then again he prob didn’t read the manual carefully before he started).

We are so beyond impressed , pleased and happy with this amazing product! It is very easy to assemble, with simple to follow instructions. It comes with a recipe book that is well made, with excellent dough recipe that everyone loved! I also made a cauliflower dough that came out so amazing, and it feels it was made by a professional chef. The pizza is easily made in 15 minutes, and the dough tastes like heaven in this outdoor wonder pizza oven! It is easy to operate, easy to clean , and everything about this outdoor pizza oven is beyond perfect! Well made product! I love it !!

Amazing Pizzas!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Cuisinart® Alfrescamore Outdoor Gas Pizza Oven makes amazing pizzas! It works great and the directions were very easy to follow. The oven was easy to put together & it is very sturdy & well made. You just need a propane bottle and you are ready to go. It did take me about 3 times to get the hang of making a perfect pizza, but my third pizza turned out perfect! The crust came out crispy & perfect and the heat that radiates from the top leaves the cheese & toppings crispy too. Let the oven preheat for 15 minutes, then cook pizza 3 minutes and then turn, cook 3 more minutes and the pizza is done. The stone is only 13" so pizzas should only be 12" to avoid any mess from topping/cheese falling off the stone. I used the pizza peel (included with oven) as a size guide when making my pizzas. Just be careful not to slide the pizza in to far, keep it centered on the stone. The stone is easy to clean up after, you can just remove it & rinse it with hot water. Overall, I am very pleased with this Cuisinart Alfrescamore Outdoor Gas Pizza Oven. It is great fun for the whole family & the pizza is delicious!

Great oven!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pizza oven has been so much fun to use. It comes with a 13 inch pizza stone, 12 inch peel, and wood chip cup. It also comes with a metal match holder that is attached to the side of the oven. In case you are unfamiliar with it, it can be used to manually light the oven if the igniter is not working. My oven arrived with the match holder inserted inside, so be sure to remove it before starting the oven. The instructions for assembly were easy to follow.
This oven is ready to use with 1 lb propane bottles, which is convenient for casual home use. So far I have used this oven on warm days and it took about 15 minutes to preheat to around 500-600 degrees. The oven is suitable for 12 inch pizzas. The peel is the same size, so it is useful to gauge the size of your dough. Once your pizza dough is shaped, sprinkle a light layer of corn meal on the peel, and then transfer the dough on top. You then add your toppings. The corn meal will help slide the dough into the oven. Once the pizza peel is about a quarter of the way into the oven, begin using a firm shuffling motion to slide the pizza off. It took me approximately 10 minutes to cook a pizza at 500 degrees and I rotated it around the 5 minute mark. Rotating it allows the pizza to cook more evenly, otherwise it may burn in the back. It is helpful to have some metal tongs or spatula on hand to make the pizza easier to handle. Even though the oven could reach 600 degrees, cooking at 500 allowed me to work more slowly. It still resulted in a crispy crust each time. One 1lb propane bottle was enough for me to preheat the oven and make three pizzas at a leisurely pace. Once you are done cooking, let the oven cool completely before cleaning. If any crumbs fall to the bottom of the oven, you can easily remove the grate and flame cover to clean it out.
Overall, I have really enjoyed using this oven. I love that it produced crispy pizzas every time despite me not using it at its highest temperature setting. It is also easy to use and makes for a great family activity.

Best pizza oven!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pizza oven is awesome!!! Set up is super easy, very quick. Easy clean up. My pizza came out perfect we made a total of 3 small pizzas and they were all perfect! This pizza oven is definitely a must, especially if you camp, doesn’t take up too much space it’s the right size. A great way to make pizzas for a family night, my little gamily all made pizzas! Would recommend to anyone that loves pizzas way better the buying take out!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Cuisinart® Alfrescamore Outdoor Gas Pizza Oven actually does a great job at cooking pizza. The pizza stone cooks a nice crisp crust. Though it will probably take me a few tries to figure the nuances of the oven, after using it for the first time I am really happy with the product. We even made a cauliflower crust pizza that came out to my delight.
The stone is a little small, you basically have to make one personal pizza at a time. I wouldn’t use for a big pizza party, LOL.
It was easy to assemble and the instructions were easy to understand. I was lucky to already have an adapter hose to connect to a 20 lb. propane tank. I think the adapter hose is a required accessory.
