Leaks and throws H20 code 1/2 way into warming

We have twins and they use formula. Bought two of these to try and help out with feedings instead of using warm water as they are premies. We got them set up to test with water and the units leak out, throw an h20 code 1/2 was into warming the bottles with water in there. Then once you think you got it going the water holder doesn’t add enough water to equalize what needs to be replaced fast enough so it throws the h20 code again. Also if you have to much water it spits it out the back. Looking at it there’s so many other ways you could make it better especially the water reservoir on the back. Trying to get water in the unit and water to heat up is hard
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This bottle warmer and sterilizer is just ok. It is nice that there are settings on it for glass vs. plastic bottles. It is fairly easy to use. However, I feel that the water reservoir in the back of the warmer is a major design flaw. First, it is very awkward to fill and put on the bottle warmer. The other issue is that once it is placed on the warmer, water can leak out the back of it fairly easily. This is slightly annoying. Overall, it does the job, but there are design flaws that make it not the most user friendly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Dr Brown’s gave me this product to try out, and I love that its not only a warmer, but also a sterilizer. It’s great to take along on when we travel as I don’t have to bring a warmer AND sterilizer. I use the narrow Dr. Brown bottles and they they warm up the breast milk wonderfully, without scalding the milk. I also really like that you can choose options for a custom heating, frozen, refrigerator, plastic or glass, and other customizable options.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I am pretty satisfied with my bottle warmer and sanitizer, I just wish it were more consistent. Even after not being used for a few hours it melted my bottle when trying to sanitize and was a PAIN to get clean and stop smelling of burnt plastic. Other times it seems to work perfectly. The warming is some what consistent, I wish there were more options for ounces. I do love that it is 2 in 1, I just wish I could trust it not to melt my bottles.

Super easy to use

I got this a couple weeks ago and it's been a life changer. The sterilizer is amazing! I like to sterlize all my sons bottles after a couple uses and it was super easy to use! My warmer part didnt make the bottle as warm as I normally try to do but I cant really complain, it's better than a burning bottle!
The only downfall was it took up a lot of my counter space. (Not a big deal if you have a lot of surface area, I just dont)

Warms bottle to the correct temp every time

Best feature of the Bottle Warmer/Sterilizer is the ease of warming a bottle to the correct temp. It is also great to bring on a weekend away so easily sterilize bottles as well as warming bottles.
I had a little trouble getting the water dispenser off to refill it. You need to squeeze the dispenser near the top while pulling to get it to unlatch. Instructions in the manual on warming times should be larger for a quick reference when learning to use the machine.

Super quick and easy warming and sterilizing

I love this bottle warmer and sterilizer. I love that it works for both functions so I only need one machine. It is a little difficult to get the water carrier into the side without spilling water but works fine once you get the hang of it. It is super easy to get the bottles and baby products out of the machine with the little plastic holder that pulls out. Love it.
