Hesitant at first but definitely the right choice!

Wasn't sure if going with the ceramic top was the way to go, but after using it and then the clean up, it was definitely the right move. Left the bacon on a little lo g and it left a brown spot, but water and a little baking soda and the griddle was back to new.
I would recommend this to a friend!
