What's not to like

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lightweight, great design, and good storage option for a 2TB Hard drive. The ability to edit the RGB lighting when plugged in is an awesome added bonus. Hard drive is very easy to install and comes with mirroring and backup capabilities each time it is plugged in.

Great Design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As far as functionality goes, you get exactly what you pay for in a very easy to use and efficient product. The highlight for me is the display of the external hard drive, I basically get to use it now as something show off in my apartment and it doesn't just take up space. I'm a huge starwars nerd too so it fits the overall theme of my place.

The retro original trilogy artwork is a great little stylistic touch, even if it adds no functional benefit. The subtle blue glow from the unit when its running is great as well. As for the actual functionality of the drive there are no surprises; Seagate has ever been a superior performer in the storage drive space. This unit is no different, upload and download speeds are faster than your mouse hand and I have experienced no stalls or stoppages. It has been flawless.

Han Solo saves the day!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this for my nephew who is a huge fan of Star Wars and loves playing his Xbox. He gave me the biggest hug and thanked me for this hard drive since his just broke 2 weeks ago. All is well again and he’s able to connect to the Xbox with ease! I wish it were an SDD but it still works great.

Great art design and compact size!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not the most "tech savvy" person. That being said, I did find that this product works just as well as I hoped.
In terms of speed it really depends on the files being stored and their individual sizes. For example, I moved some pictures and videos from my PC to the drive and it moved the pictures very quickly. The videos (albeit bigger sizes) took a lot longer than I thought they would given the specs on the box. I'm not complaining on that aspect, but I was still surprised.
I really enjoy the size of the HDD itself. It's both compact and thin which is just what I was looking for in a portable device.
The art style (Star Wars) is a real plus considering I'm a fan of that franchise. The art doesn't seem like it will fade or even chip off either which is fantastic. Also, I really dig the led light on this thing as well. It's a nice touch.
Overall I'm very happy with this product and find that I'll be looking forward to see what this company has to offer should I need something similar again.

More storage the better!

I use this portable hard drive mainly to store old photos as a backup in case something were to happen to my main computer. Having a way to back things up is extremely important to me, and to top it off it glows and has Han Solo on it.
