These are easy to cook with and they wash up and clean up really easy. The best for cleaning pans that I have ever had. And they do cook the food evenly, the best , again, that I have ever had.

The lack of steam holes on the lids are a problem. If you're simmering anything it eventually builds up mositure on the edges an spills over onto the stove and cause a mess and stains your cooktop. Kinda a bummer. Other than that, great so far.
