Company warranty is crap

Received and assembled. Temp control button on the insert does not work. Heat doesn’t seem to heat as fast as I anticipated. Would not warranty the malfunctioned button because another item was plugged into the wall along with the fireplace. Looks good but interface on insert feels and is cheap.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
