Beyond disappointed with Best Buy.

I received my package extremely late and in Deplorable condition. It looked like Someone had Opened the Package and Returned it In poor condition. I Hired a Person to Assemble the Furniture, and When we Opened the Package, the Pieces of wood; Looked like They were used. One of them was damaged, but the person who came to assemble said it usually looks like it's okay. They didn't give us instructions, so we looked it up online from Amazon. As we started building, we realized that screws and locks were missing. The furniture wasn't stable and had space because of missing pieces! I am beyond disappointed by Best Buy’s service.
I have somehow disassembled the furniture and hoping they will take it back.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
