Massive upgrade

I have the gen 2 burrs. I upgraded from a Capresso Infinity. The improvement in my coffee's taste is shockingly large. I'm stunned.
The machine is a joy to use. Interacting with it in the morning is a delight. The sound is mellifluous. I can feel the attention that went into the design, from the way the cup works, to the little lever to knock loose the last grounds. There are minds on the other side of this that love coffee and brewing coffee like I do, and they are communicating with me each time I use it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Opus Grinder - Money well spent

Coming from a blade grinder I’m very impressed with the price and performance of the Opus. At this point of my coffee journey I’m not sure I could tell the difference between the conical grinder and the flat grinder. Money well spent and more money for more coffee.

Game changer! All I do is Pourover and filter coffee and this is exactly what I needed. It gives me more control over my grind and is bringing out more flavor in my cup.
I love the automatic shut off. I love how FAST and QUIET it is. I love the dosing cup. And the grinds knocker helps me get down to almost ZERO retention.
AND it looks great on my bar!

The Ode 2 lives up

The Ode 2 lives up to the hype. It perfectly grinds my beans for whatever brewing method I choose. My pour-overs, drip brews, and French press have turned out perfectly since I started using the Ode 2. I had a good burr grinder before but the Ode 2 takes the consistency of the grind to a new level.

Exactly what i needed. I love the chart inside the lid for the right sized grounds, it’s not loud at all (big perk), and doesn’t make a mess. I use it mostly for pour over and cold brew but the occasional moka pot. Very happy with it.
