Great grinder and better coffee!

This grinder is a major upgrade for me. And best of all, it is quiet!! Now i can grind coffee in the morning and not wake anyone! So far, my coffee has been noticeably better. Even with my cheaper coffee machine. Now, I am waiting on my Aiden brewer…i cant wait for the Aiden + Ode Combo.

The magnetic catch cup is also very sleek and satisfying to use.

Massive grinder improvement

I have two grinders, a commercial unit and both are really noisy and messy. Similar grinding configuration. This grinder is super quiet and eliminates the mess with the magnetic container and closed lid.Both grinders will be replaced with this Fellow grinder

No complains, i like the look, it grinds fast and pretty quiet. Grains are quite even this makes testing different ways of pours easier to try different taste of coffee.

My Baratza Encore had a good 7 year run. I could have sent in for repairs and bought new parts, but I decided to go for a new grinder all together.
As 12 year veteran of the ~specialty~ coffee industry, this thing is incredible for the price, size, and performance.
It is quiet, grinds 20-25g of beans in SECONDS and the grind size consistency is off the charts. I own the Stagg EKG kettle. Stagg X and XF drippers, Shimmy and the Aiden, and knew I wouldn't be disappointed. I will echo that I wish the magnetic catch cup didn't have the wings and the silicone top for it does not fit the cup well. Minor issues though for a device that makes my morning routine so much easier (and less messy!)

We really wanted a grinder with replaceable burrs and love the look and design of this grinder. Super quiet. The beans grind perfectly every time for a consistent delicious cup of coffee time over time and are able to adapt/adjust by size of cup easier.

Good grinder

Been waiting a while to get this grinder and over all it’s worked out fine, but I was a little disappointed on the fit of both the front plate and the grind size dial/ wheel. They are both a bit loose and it leads me to believe that the dial over time will not last. I’ll need to take it apart and make sure there isn’t some sort of fitting loose. Other than that I’m able to get good grind consistency, although I have to move the dial to a coarser than expected setting to reach an appropriate pour over size.
