I’ve been using a Baratza Virtuoso for almost 2 decades(great product)! I bought the Ode version 2 based on some great reviews and especially the anti static feature. This has been a problem for me with the old grinder for quite some time. Even using the RDT method. The Ode v2 is a great example of listening to your customers and delivering. Grinds fast, virtually no static and the burrs deliver great profiles on my favorite beans also the hopper design is excellent. I use it for batch brewing and pour overs as well as aero press. Two thumbs up!

Best grinder for the money, Does an very nice job on consistent grind. The grinder is fast, quiet, and very clean. Bean dose in versus grind out is perfect, 20g in 20g out. Great product.
Have Fellow engineers tried non-fluted filter paper on the X or XF? I heard good this about this technique.

The first one I received was defective, plugged immediately on the first try. Return process was pretty easy and I got my next one a few weeks later. The new one works great, no complaints.

This is an excellent coffee grinder, and it performs as advertised. Compared to the OXO conical burr grinder, the Ode is unbelievably quiet and efficient. It grinds through 100g of coffee within a minute, and my brews have improved. I really like the ability to upgrade the burrs as well.
The attention to detail is really on point, whether it's the mechanical dial, the tab to release stuck coffee grounds, or the magnetized catch that will always snaps into the correct spot.
There isn't much to critique. It can be a little messy, but it's more manageable and easier to clean than the OXO. I do find that when grinding a larger amount, around 100g, it's best to break it up into smaller batches instead of grinding it all at once. Lastly, I would have preferred the hopper not be fixed to the grinder.
Despite the critiques, this is an overall excellent coffee grinder and well worth the investment. It's very well made, efficient and quiet. Looking forward to upgrading the burrs in the future and checking out more Fellow coffee gear.

and I am so glad. This is a good unit. Admittedly I am still learning the nuances but my previous grinder nuances didn’t exist! Great design, not too loud. Increased hopper size helps with bring fresh grinds to work or friends. Workflow is clean and efficient.
