I studied before I bought the ODE gen 2
and I am so glad. This is a good unit. Admittedly I am still learning the nuances but my previous grinder nuances didn’t exist! Great design, not too loud. Increased hopper size helps with bring fresh grinds to work or friends. Workflow is clean and efficient.

Wonderful bur grinder, great price, beautiful aesthetic. Definitely an appliance that I don't mind leaving on my counter when it's not in use. Also makes a great cup of coffee!

I chose this grinder for pour over, drip, and French press coffee making. I can't imagine ever upgrading. It is the cleanest grinder I have ever used abd does what it is designed to do perfectly.

I love the Ode Gen 2 so far!

The Ode gen 2 exceeded my expectations. I almost always start my day with a pour over, and after making the switch (using a Lido ET before), my cup has become super consistent. No longer having to hand grind also makes my daily ritual that much more enjoyable, and it doesn't hurt that it's a beautiful piece.

The grinder works great. The cap (on top of beans) was slightly warped on receipt; I tried to bend it back into shape, but won't quite get there - so I have considered replacing it with something like a wood top or other plastic top - but that appears cosmetic and doesn't affect the performance. Works quickly, quietly, efficiently and very cleanly.
