Clogging problem

I’ve only used this for a short time and it’s already become clogged. I followed the directions for the remedy to get it working again but not sure I’ll keep this grinder. I had another brand for years and never had that issue.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The Opus has been fantastic, great grind on the beans, the magnet catch cup is really nifty. It's also quiet! Really nice when you dont want to wake up the house. If I would nitpick, the Opus does retain a bit of coffee when grinding. A quick tap or two on the sides fixes it easily though. Great grinder overall. Especially at this price and the 15% discount if youre buying with the Aiden is a nice bonus.

Decent grinder, but VERY overpriced

The grinder is capable and reasonably good. Though, it's performance is quite similar to that of a Baratza Encore ESP which is a fraction of the price (and has the legendary Barazta customer service). For what you are paying, you may find this grinder falls short of expectations.

So glad we bought this grinder! Runs the gamut. Fine tuning is way simpler and easier than some reviewers made it out to be and the perfect fit on the lid has worked out as a simple bellows to correct any retention. Seriously for the price just buy it.
