The grinder is quite attractive as is almost everything Fellow makes. It's also been working really well. Single doses work better for me than a large hopper as I grind to order and Ode's capacity is more than sufficient for my needs. I bought it with the stock burrs and have been happy with the results. It seems solid and is very simple to use. The receptacle for the grinds positions itself well with the magnet and (if you don't forget to put it in) works well and is neater than other grinders I have used. One small quibble: I love the idea of funneling the grounds to make transferring the grounds easier, but some grounds always seem to get stuck behind the "wings" and a couple of shakes may be required. FYI, the only cleaning I have done has been with Grindz, I have not needed to open it to get to the burrs and I hope it stays that way for a while.
Overall it's a great grinder. I haven't had any issues with mess as some others have said. It seems to stay pretty clean and the grind is consistent. I have to knock it stars though because for how beautiful the machine is with clearly a lot of thought into the aesthetic, it seems like there was absolutely zero thought put into the design of the plug. It's just your standard super ugly extension cord style plug. So I have this gorgeous grinder on my counter that cant sit flush with the backsplash because it has this giant plug in the way. The plug on the electric kettle is round and points the cord downward but this one just sticks straight out of of the socket. My counter and backsplash are white too so unfortunately that amplifies the black plug. I love the grinder so we're not returning it but I was definitely disappointed that the plug is such an eyesore.

Incompatible with Chemex

Grinder has gotten jammed at least once per week since purchase. Clearing and recalibrating this often is very cumbersome. It does not grind coarse enough to brew 45 grams of coffee with a Chemex. Upside: it looks gorgeous!

Flawed design

This grinder jams on even the easiest of beans, and the process for unjamming is incredibly time consuming compared to any other grinder I've ever used. It's a really poor design, which is surprising coming from a company that normally has great products. You should pass on this one.

Disappointing experience

I was really looking forward to replacing our smeg grinder with this new grinder, but it's been rather disappointing from my 2 weeks of using it. The grinder jammed once and the process of unjamming it is way too cumbersome and I feel like it'll happen more frequently with more usage (I use dark roast coffee only). The anti static feature doesn't seem to work after initial usage. Aside from that the grinder does look and feel premium. In the end I'm returning it since it falls short in functionality and quality of life for the price I'm paying.
