This pan performed flawlessly right out of the box to make a delicious batch of mushroom gravy fo Jagerschnitzel. No issues with clean up whatsoever. This pan performed just as well as my Made In 10”. Outstanding value here. You can’t go wrong with Tramontina Tri-Ply Clad Stainless.
