Great Dog Gear Companion!

I've been looking for years for a perfect pouch to be able to carry my GoPro and carry my dog's essentials for extended backpacking trips. As a photographer, I love taking my companion Damon everywhere I go, with the weight of a pack and having to be connected to my dog on a leash; the right accessory was a must. With the Field Pouch V2 I can have my GroPro clipped (with the capture clip) ready to record any relevant moments, with the accessibility to provide the necessities for my dog while we walk and within the forest.
Highly recommend! You can always mix and match with Peak Design products, which makes it into very versatile range of products.

Velcro not durable enough

Excite to take on my Travels

Bought this for my trip to Japan coming up in December. Decided to pack extremely light for this trip instead of bringing the mirrorless with a bunch of lenses. The Field pouch V2 isn't meant to fit mirrorless cameras but it does fit a lot of smaller devices. I've managed to fit the Sony RX100III, Insta360 RS 1 inch, power bank, DJI Pocket 2 with the wireless module, and a bunch of small accessories (cables, cards, etc) in the inside of the pouch with room to spare. Great storage for small devices.
The shoulder strap is a bit flimsy and the clip-on connections aren't closed loops so you would be worried that it would come off if someone just tugged at it. Instead, I'm using a tactical belt with it. With the loops purposed for the shoulder strap, I can hang my mini tripod and extension rods with carabiners making them easily accessible.
Not sure how long the velcro seal will hold up, so yet to be seen over time.

Origami-inspired, baby!

I happily own the PD Field Pouch v1 in Ash and v2 in Midnight Blue. It is such a versatile bag. Fantastic features—can load it out, wear it on your belt, cinch it down tight and compact with lite carry—even non-photo stuff, and can also use as a lens changer bag especially with a mirrorless setup. PD had a great first version and really refined it with this new v2. Very nicely done. So, think about adding the Field Pouch to your bags of choice. Remember you can use it on its own or with another bag. Your choice.

I bought this prooduct so that I could comfortably carry around my EDC items and for the most part the Field Pouch v2 satisfies that need.
Build quality is great. Even though it’s only a Velcro mechanism keeping the pouch closed, I haven’t been too worried about things falling out.
My only gripe with this product is the size, if it was just a tad bigger I’d be able to comfortably bring my iPad Mini and X100V — instead I’m having to choose whether to bring one or the other.
If possible check this item out in person first before buying. Regardless off the size it mostly does it’s job and I’m very happy with this product.

Versatile purse

I've been using this a few months now. It's perfect as a travel purse. I use it when I walk around as well as to keep my wallet, passport etc when I fly. I love that the size adjust.
