Needs a better contact number rather then email and have not heard back since I sent in my problem regarding the gas smell emiting from the burner even it’s off.

We took a chance on this product and we are very pleased so far. It was installed first of 2024 and we have enjoyed it for about 6 weeks. So far, it has worked just as expected, and cooks food evenly and thoroughly.
