[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this neck massager from Sharper Image and tried it out. It was heaven! The massage was awesome and it has a duo heat pads which also feels awesome. It is also rechargeable. I truly think this is an exceptional product

It works real well on my neck as I have neck pain due to being burned and this is heaven sent this is what I have needed right along so glad I have it now I use it several times a day. It hits all my trigger areas great great massager!!!

Pros:
- comes with a remote
- strong pressure
- warming plates
Cons:
- made for VERY small necks (I don’t have a thick neck and it was small on me)
- while it felt like it was doing something, I’m not sure it actually was. My neck didn’t feel better after using it.
- can only use it for 15 minutes at a time and no more than 30 minutes per day
Pros:

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a cool little unit. The heat works great and the remote makes it really easy to use. They could have explained the different modes better, as is, it's just trial and error, but it's interesting to find out which mode works best for you. I would also be nice if there was some indicator of what mode and what level you're at. I suppose you could count the beeps, but since I don't remember how many settings each mode has, that still tells me nothing.Otherwise, I love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do a lot of driving and this causes me a lot of neck pain. I have used pain medication, typical ointments and manual massage therapy but had no relief. Then a friend of mine suggest the Sharper Image Neck Massager Tens. It is fantastic! It has a remote control so you can change what you want to do, without removing it. I use it twice a day for about 20 minutes, once before I leave in the morning and once when I return home at night. It is one of the best things I have ever used.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Okay… not going to lie when I say I’m obsessed with this! I fall asleep with this item each use. The control I have of heat and level and not only that but the type of massage and intensity is amazing. I put it on every evening after work and just relax. I also love the convenient controller. Easily rechargeable and lasts for hours with a 15 minute auto shut off is also great. Definitely worth it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do enjoy using this product and my only gripe with it is that is does take a little while to heat up and stay warm. Of course it feels great once it warms up. The different levels of intensity are great and it's so easy to find one that works for my neck pain.
