I bought this electric bike from a friend and it was in good condition but I found one problem with it. Which made me think about selling it again. The problem is that when I use it and the battery reaches 70 or 75% it suddenly turns off and when I put it in the charger and press the power button it turns on. If I don't do this it will never turn on. This is a big problem for me because I don't drive a lot of distance with it and I want to fix this problem

Worst scooter. It turn off as soon as I show 79% of charge and it won’t turn back on until is plugged to the charger.

It looks amazing, but unfortunately, it’s not working. The error message says it needs a new battery. I've submitted multiple tickets for help, but I haven't received any assistance. It's a shame because it really does look nice.
