Lid poorly designed

The lid is absolutely not good. Doesn't close or keep the ice like most igloo coolers. Please have you design team work on a new lid and replacement. The snap on feature can easily be used with a better lid that keeps the product and ice colder and longer. The lid is the problem and the only thing wrong with it. I can suggest what is needed- but I believe you cut corners with this lid. Please redesign a lid to be replaced and or purchased for a fair price to you already customers.

Great cooler for Events

Love the cooler, easy to use and move around even when full, only taking off one star because the opener and bottle cap part have to be screwed into the cooler which looks like creates a weak spot in the plastic, otherwise it's great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Disappointed in the top. It’s a thin piece of plastic and not even insulated. You should better explain that to your consumers.
Why don’t you make it right and send all consumers who bought this for HUNDREDS an actual insulated lid??

Flimsy lid

Love the size of the cooler and that it can be portable. The lid is very flimsy and doesn’t shut correctly lacking keeping things in the cooler cold

Cooler is beautiful but the top is flimsy, air escapes, and you cannot sit on it. The cooler needs a hard top with a nice buttoned thick cushion.
