upon opening this product, the bluetooth speaker wouldn't hold a charge, power on, or connect to bluetooth. I will be returning this and not asking for an exchange.

Great size for family of 6 picnics at the park or any day trip. The speakers make it fun for everyone and the sound is great! There was a missing screw cover on the 1st one I ordered and they aren't good at emailing back in a timely manner so I just gave them a call after the weekend and everything was quickly sorted out over the phone and I received my new one a few days later in great condition. I went ahead and bought the matching 1/2 gal water jug with spout and we LOVE them. They're both sturdy and keep everything cool while out in the TX heat. They will be great pieces to pass down to the kids when they're old enough just like my parents gave me their older igloos.

The charge held for an all day get together without any problems. Everyone there was impress and wanted their own. The drinks also stayed cool and I felt like more ppl were using it to keep their drinks in it than usual just because of the novelty of it.

Took it to my parents community pool yesterday and everyone was raving. The pink and turquoise colors bring back all the 90s nostalgia. The sound from the speakers are clear and get pretty dang loud. It was 90 something here in SC and I had drinks and food and two ice packs. 8hrs later, everything was still I e cold in the cooler. Much lighter than all the other big cooler brands. Wish they would have installed or made an add on strap to shoulder carry. But overall super happy and stoked to bring this puppy on the boat, to the beach and pool all summer long!
