Left Speaker went out after a few months of sporadic use. Igloo only offered a coupon to spend more money on their faulty junk. No thanks!

disappointed with NO adapter included

Dear Igloo, I bought one of these way back 30 years ago, still keeps drinks cold as IGLOO was the best back then and I would expect the same with the cooler part. I will find out soon how this new revised from 30 years ago version works as far as sound and volume. but its going to be hard to listen to because you mention NOTHING about not having the proper base charger to use NOR do you include it with the purchase. VERY DISSAPOINTED UPON OPENING THE BOX TO FIND THIS OUT!!! Ken B.. Left coast America
