Purchased almost a year ago. Took on a tubing trip and one of rubber "T" handle latches popped off and the metal pin got lost. Igloo sent me 2 replacement latches (only asked for one).

I like the cooler; however, it arrived damaged. The box didn’t appear damaged so it’s unclear to me where the damage originated. The cooler holds ice well after being pre cooled.
