Flawed Drain Plug Design/Expensive/Doesn't Live Up

Used our cooler maybe twice and the drain plug slipped out. Tried to re-install it but the plug just spins inside the hole which makes it almost impossible to tighten without specific tools. Did get it back in only then it re-loosened again the plastic nut was lost. Very poor design for an expensive cooler that claims to be rugged and bear proof. Didn't even get one summer's use out of this cooler. Very dissapointing that we even have to try and find replacement parts for something like a cooler which normally you just buy and use for the next 20 yrs without thought.
