I bought this same model years ago and it was the perfect firmness and loft for side sleeping - the best pillow ever. I just bought a new one to replace it, and it arrived defective. The replacement wasn’t much better. It’s flat and soft and nowhere near the same quality, firmness and loft as it used
to be a few years back. My old one that’s a few years old is better. They definitely changed materials, suppliers or manufacturers because it is NOT the same pillow. Very disappointing. I’ll be exploring different brands instead. And a huge waste of money because you can’t return pillows that have been opened and tried, but you don’t know how it is unless you open and try it. I wish they were transparent that it’s now different. Trust all the similar reviews that state this is not the same pillow it used to be; it’s definitely different, and not for the better.

Disappointed! After trying the hybrid

Disappointed! After trying the hybrid pillow in store while trying mattresses, I immediately purchased two. After allowing them a few days to recover from the vacuum-sealed packaging, they are not at all as lofty or firm as the in store pillow. Flat as a pancake after a few minutes lying on them. And of course you can’t return them after they are removed from original packaging. Waste of money.

Love this pillow. Good support for my neck, maintains its shape, does not get hot and feels just as good on either side. This is my second set of Casper pillows and my older Casper pillows are still going strong! Thanks, Casper.
