New version is no good

Bought a second hybrid pillow because I absolutely loved my first that I bought about a year ago. This new version is terrible, about half the loft of my older pillow and lays pretty flat. Not sure what casper did to cut costs, but these new versions suck.

I think I am still adjusting to the pillow, I think once it gets to the softness I want it'll be better. But I hav tried the same one my husband uses, he uses about a month or so and now it is soft enough.

The pillow is nicely made and just by feel seems pleasant but not for me. Description says for side and stomach sleepers, both of which I am but this just didn’t work for me. I woke up with a terrible pain in my neck I hadn’t had prior. I guess I’ve learned my lesson about buying a pillow online. I do wish they had a return policy for pillows since I’m now stuck with something I can’t use. Based on the quality I would like to find a store to test out the mattresses one day when we are ready for a new one.
